Dear Mr. Miller,
The purpose of this letter is two-fold. First, to thank you for the assistance
you gave my husband and me during our recent move from Austin, Texas last fall.
And secondly, to recommend your deck services to others who may not know you.
As you may remember we contacted you to "make ready" our wood deck
in preparation for the sale of our home. You responded the day we called and
sent out someone to give us a quote. After acceptance of the proposed fee,
you began work immediately knowing we were on a tight deadline to have the
deck refurbished by our closing date. However, it then began to rain, and rain,
and rain. To make a long story short, you came through and made necessary board
repairs and finished the deck to our complete satisfaction. I personally will
never forget the kindness you showed me the night the moving van left. You
were there checking on the deck and offered me assistance to remove anything
the van had not taken. You were a ray of light in that tired dark night. For
that , I think you again.
